These Terms of Service (“Terms”) establish the rules governing access to and use of the Website and purchases of our girls’ skirts, girls’ pajamas, and related merchandise.
By accessing the Website, placing an order, or otherwise using our services, you agree to these Terms to the extent permitted by applicable law.

- Washing instructions;

Pajamas should be used as sleepwear only when appropriate for the child's age, environment, and circumstances.
Customers should follow the care instructions supplied with the garment.
4. Sizing and Fit
Customers should review available size information before ordering.
Children grow at different rates, and measurements can vary considerably among children of the same age. An age designation or general size category should therefore not be treated as a substitute for reviewing available measurements.
Selecting an inappropriate size does not necessarily mean the product is defective.
Eligible size-related returns remain subject to our Return and Refund Policy.
5. Orders
Submitting an order constitutes a request to purchase merchandise.
We reserve the right to refuse, limit, or cancel an order where reasonably necessary, including because of:
- Inventory limitations;
- Pricing or listing errors;
- Payment problems;
- Suspected fraudulent activity;

- Incorrect shipping information;

If we cancel an order after payment has been received, we will generally arrange an appropriate refund for the cancelled merchandise.

Prices are displayed in U.S. dollars unless otherwise indicated.
Although we make reasonable efforts to maintain accurate pricing, typographical, technical, inventory, or system errors may occasionally occur.
If a material pricing error affects an order, we may contact the customer before fulfillment or cancel the affected order and provide an appropriate refund where payment has already been collected.
7. Shipping Charges
Our standard shipping structure is:
- Orders of $10.00 or more: Free shipping;
- Orders below $10.00: $5.99 shipping charge.

8. Returns and Refunds
Returns and refunds are governed by our separate Return and Refund Policy.
Customers should inspect girls’ skirts and pajamas promptly after delivery.
Because apparel is intended to be resalable when returned, merchandise that has been worn, washed, stained, altered, or otherwise used may not qualify for a change-of-mind return.
Nothing in our policies is intended to eliminate a legally required consumer remedy.
9. Payment
Orders must be paid through an available payment method accepted at checkout.
Payment authorization may be performed by an independent payment provider. Customers agree to provide accurate and complete information necessary to process an order.
We do not ask customers to send full payment-card numbers or security codes to us by ordinary email.
10. Prohibited Activities
You may not use the Website to:
- Commit fraud;
- Place orders using another person's payment information without authorization;
- Provide intentionally false information;
- Interfere with Website operation;
- Attempt unauthorized access to systems;
